Adam also works with investors and developers to maximize their return on investment by identifying opportunities, guiding the purchase process, leasing of surplus space, and developing portfolio optimization strategies.

Mr. Koehn holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation as well as memberships with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR).

Justin Eveland, M&T Bank

Justin Eveland is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager with M&T Bank with a decade of experience in Banking and 7 years of a concentrated focus in Commercial Real Estate in the Western New York market. As a Relationship Manager, Mr. Eveland oversees and manages a commercial real estate loan portfolio in excess of $500 million and is responsible for new business development. Mr. Eveland takes pride in helping investors and developers with their investment real estate and banking needs and has a specific interest in adaptive reuse projects.

Since 2016 Mr. Eveland has originated and closed in excess of $300 million of investment real estate loans between office, multi-family, industrial, residential subdivisions, and hospitality segments. In 2019 Mr. Eveland was recognized by M&T Bank and named to Presidents Council.

In 2008 Mr. Eveland graduated from University at Buffalo with a concentration in Finance and Accounting and holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Eveland sits on the board of directors of the NAIOP Upstate NY Chapter.

After moving out of New York state in 2008 for stints in Denver, Colorado and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Mr. Eveland moved back to Western New York in 2013.  Mr. Eveland resides in Kenmore with his wife, Ashley, and son, Jonathan.
