David Beinetti, Principal and Chief Marketing Officer, SWBR

David has been with SWBR since 1979, starting as an intern, then architect, then moving into project management, and is now Principal and Chairman of the Board. His clients know him for his high energy, his excellent communication skills, and as a trusted partner, dedicated to accomplishing their goals. In addition to his role as Principal overseeing client projects, David is also focused on business development and marketing. He is enthusiastic about being a teacher and coach. Not only does he enjoy nurturing and empowering SWBR’s talented design staff, but he has also been coaching soccer for over 40 years.

His passion for sustainability extends beyond his design work – David “walks the talk. He drives an electric-powered car and nurtures his small family farm where he grows his own vegetables and hops.

Kyle Sayers, Chief Operating Officer, LeChase

He continued honing his skills as a project manager for DiMarco Constructors Corporation. In 1997, he brought his passion for the business to LeChase, joining the ranks as a project engineer. Since that time, he has worked on a wide range of projects and markets in various capacities including director of preconstruction and director of field operations. He has significant experience leading teams and customers from the initial conception of a project to beyond its completion, with a keen focus on maintaining excellence in customer relations.
